Job Description:

are seeking a dedicated Mission Planning Systems Engineer to join
our Defense & Aerospace division. This role focuses on developing
and maintaining mission-critical systems and software used in
aerospace operations. Leveraging our core strengths in AI and data
analytics, the successful candidate will contribute to the
architectural design, implementation, and optimization of mission
planning systems that support both current and future aerospace
technologies. This role requires a unique blend of technical
expertise, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of
aerospace operations. Design, develop, and manage software systems
for aerospace mission planning and analysis. Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and
methodologies into existing systems. Ensure compliance with
industry standards and regulations in the development of aerospace
software solutions. Conduct rigorous testing and validation of
systems to guarantee reliability and performance under
mission-critical conditions. Provide technical guidance and support
to project teams, ensuring optimal application of engineering
resources. Proficiency in software development languages such as
C++, Python, or Java. Strong understanding of AI applications and
data analysis. Experience with aerospace systems, particularly
mission planning or simulation tools. Ability to work
collaboratively in high-pressure environments. Excellent
problem-solving and analytical skills. 401k Certification in
Systems Engineering (INCOSE CSEP) PMP certification (desirable)
