We're searching for an experienced, results-driven managing attorney who can drive operations at our law office and pave the path to success for the attorneys at our firm. You'll find ways to drive down costs and increase revenue to meet our financial goals and work closely with and mentor attorneys to ensure a legacy of success. We'll also rely on your expertise to help recruit, train, and retain talented employees to continue to grow our team. Responsibilities:

Lead recruiting, hiring, motivating, training, and developing senior attorneys, associate attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to help build a stronger legal team
Support and grow your own caseload (especially handling complex cases) to continue your work as a practicing attorney
Ensure that the firm is achieving its client satisfaction goals by evaluating productivity and quality of service and making recommendations for improvement
Establish the financial strategy of the law firm by adequately distributing funds across the company, monitoring the monthly budget, anticipating requirements and trends, and evaluating the results - making modifications as needed
Supervise operations of the firm including the establishment of the office's team structure, the communication and enforcement of our team's values, and meaningful contribution to strategic business decisions to achieve company goals


Qualifications:

Active member of state bar and local bar associations
Great leadership, relationship building, process improvement, and communication skills are needed in this role
Strong knowledge of various computer programs, creating budgets, and analyzing reports
Bachelor's degree and a 3-year law degree from an accredited law school
Must be comfortable and well-versed in public speaking, decision-making, and supervising others
