The Firm seeks a full-time Litigation Paralegal to support a team of attorneys in our Business Litigation practice. Must have at least three years of civil litigation experience to be considered for the opening. The Firm expects a top-notch work product and also values achieving a work-life balance. The Firm offers a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to, preparing and responding to discovery (including e-discovery needs), reviewing and summarizing various records and deposition transcripts, researching using Westlaw, drafting motions and pleadings, calendaring deadlines, and trial preparation (trial exhibits, charts, trial notebook, voir dire, jury instructions, verdict forms, trial subpoenas, etc.)--An ability to work under pressure while remaining flexible, organized, proactive, resourceful, detail-oriented, and efficient is required. High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is a must. Trial Director and ADD/Eclipse are a plus.

The salary range is $55,000 - $85,000, depending on experience. Allen Vellone Wolf Helfrich & Factor P.C. offers excellent benefits ranging from health (100% premium payments for Employees' Medical, Dental, Vision, LTD, Life, AD&D), 401(k) with Employer contributions, accrual of 24 days PTO in the first year, nine holidays, a hybrid schedule with two days parking paid downtown.

Responsibilities:
--- Conduct research and analysis of legal documents, case law, regulations, and statutes.
--- Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
--- Interview clients and witnesses in preparation for trials.
--- Calendaring deadlines for lawsuits.
--- Assist in the courtroom by preparing exhibits and organizing evidence for trial.

Qualifications:
--- 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience
--- e-discovery Experience
--- Legal Research & Drafting experience
--- Paralegal Certification is a plus
--- Ability to multi-task and handle deadlines
--- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
--- Proficiency in using computers and relevant e-discovery software
--- Organizational skills and attention to detail
--- Knowledge of legal procedures and principles
