The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the legal issues facing a tech-focused professional services company, including intellectual property, digital rights, compliance, and corporate governance. Develop and lead corporate legal strategy to promote and protect the company’s matters Ensure legal compliance and manage risks in business operations, specifically in AI, data analytics, and cloud services Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and partners Oversee the management of intellectual property, including advising on patent and trademark strategies Coordinate with external legal counsel and oversee litigation and regulatory compliance matters Provide guidance and leadership on issues affecting the organization Manage a team of in-house lawyers and legal staff Expertise in corporate law, intellectual property rights, compliance, and contract negotiation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to strategize and influence at senior levels In-depth understanding of the IT services industry and its regulatory environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction Preferred: Additional certifications in data privacy laws such as CIPP/US, CIPP/E, or similar
