As an FSQR (Food Safety, Quality, and Regulatory) Pre-Sorter I at Cargill, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our food products before they reach the consumer. This position is essential for maintaining the integrity and excellence of our brand by conducting pre-sorting operations to identify and remove defective products from the production line. Working in our state-of-the-art facilities, you will collaborate with a dedicated team committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement in our food safety and quality measures. Inspecting and sorting food products based on quality and safety standards. Identifying and removing defective items from the production line. Reporting quality and safety issues to the FSQR team leader. Maintaining a clean and organized work area compliant with safety standards. Collaborating with team members to enhance product quality. Documenting processes and outcomes for traceability. Strong attention to detail and observational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of food safety and quality standards. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
