Description:

• Ideally someone from food/restaurant industry
• Handle communication and paperwork for all couriers that arrive for Pharmaceutical Sample Administration
• Receive and unpack sample kits and coolers received at the lab
• Enter samples with insufficient entry information into holds; maintain hold area with follow up and routine inventory
• Process internal environmental monitoring samples
• Handle the sample flow process including the removal of shipping containers, dry ice, coolers, and dewars from the Sample Administration Area and dock
• Answering the departmental doorbell when someone arrives
• Keeping the unpacking area clear of cardboard and trash during busy times
• Handle shipments that arrive for Pharmaceutical Sample Administration
• Help to move samples that are pending discard
