Job Description:
RN Traveler - Operating Room
Memorial North Hospital, Colorado Springs
13 week Travel Assignment -
NEW WAGE INCREASE $60hr + travel package / stipend
Job Duties
Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care plans based on
patient assessment to optimize outcomes and maximize available
resources.
Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as
appropriate.
Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient
care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral and
spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and provides
patient/family education appropriate to age, culture, condition,
and circumstances. Effectively delegates patient care to ancillary
personnel. May precept student nurses and new hires.
The MHN OR is a fast paced unit. We support all service lines with
the exception of Neuro Surgery and Cardiovascular surgery. We are a
level three trauma hospital and provide surgical support to the
trauma patients.
Must have OR experience and the ability to work independently as
this position is staffed overnight with a scrub tech.
Preferred:
Ca RNFA or SFA credentials to function as a surgical first assist.
There are call requirements included with this position to include
one night a week and one weekend a month.

This position's pay is $60.00/hr + travel
stipend/package.
