Senior Foreman sought by Interior Contractors Inc, LLC. Resp. for driving production, leading other Foreman, running all aspects of wk, & must wk in close partnerships w/ Superintendent & Proj. Mgr. Must have or be willing to complete the following safety certs. within the first 120 days of employment: OSHA 30, Hilti Tool, Boom/Hydraulic Lift User, & CPR Training. ICI, LLC will provide & pay for this training during wk hrs. Must make safety a priority in all aspects of job & understand all OSHA regs. Be able to lead & develop 5-50 skilled workers, train & develop other Foreman, read construction documents, have strong communication skills, QA/QC wk, hold team accountable. Proven leader of various sized projects $50K-$10million. 5 yrs. exp. in Drywall & Steel Framing req'd. 2 or more yrs. Foreman exp. req'd. Must have req'd. certs. & valid driver license.
