• See more on our Benefits page Your Responsibilities As a TruGreen Contact Center Sales Representative, you will help new and existing customers find the right lawn care maintenance plans, by receiving inbound and placing outbound calls. Every day on the job will bring new, exciting challenges as you generate leads and close sales, identify customer needs and provide service/product solutions, and enter accurate data while speaking with customers. Job Requirements
  
  • People Skills: interacting and engaging with people to help us build customers for life
  • Communication Skills: ability to efficiently communicate TruGreen treatment plans and offerings during at-home or phone conversations
  • Listening Skills: humble and willing to listen to people to learn their needs and find appropriate solutions
  • Sales Skills: knowledge of sales and up-selling techniques (e.g. overcoming objections, closing sales, suggestive selling) to help close sales and achieve objectives
  • Computer Skills: data entry skills as well as basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows and Outlook
  • Must have the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Will require you to have your own working computer or laptop (chromebook does not work with our system)
  • A camera for trainings and internal meetings
  • Highspeed internet (100mbps or more is required)
  • Quiet and distractions free workspace
  • A cellphone with unlimited data plan? Agents will dial-in from their phone to their computer to answer customer calls in the QUE. Personal number will never be shared with customers. Agents will not receive calls on their breaks/lunch or after office hours.     $28,482.00 - $47,470.00 This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer benefits, including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and Company-matching 401(k) in addition to other programs and perks.
