• Meeting with clients in person or virtually
• Drafting legal documents
• Negotiating with opposing counsel
• Conducting legal research and managing case deadlines

    • An attorney in good standing with the Colorado Bar
    • 5+ years as a practicing attorney
    • Prior experience in estate planning, medicaid planning, medicaid crisis planning, and elder law
