What you would do The Fleet Sales Consultant is directly responsible for selling fleet and commercial vehicles and for gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction standards and assists management in maintaining the vehicle inventory based on customer preferences and markets. They assist in maintaining an orderly lot with accurate prices, merchandising, and stickers. This position works to develop relationships with businesses in and around the community and works with our fleet maintenance company to build our business in both sales and service. Sales & Leasing Consultant Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities . Completes entire sales process following company policy Demonstrates vehicles (including test drives). Delivers vehicles to customers, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle’s operating features, warranty, and paperwork, laying the foundation for customer loyalty. Remains up to date on all factory training and certifications. Maintains an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction. Maintains a prospect development system. Actively prospects new and former customers in all areas of Northern Colorado. Keep abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers. Reports to the Fleet & Commercial Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses. Understands the terminology of the automobile business and keeps abreast of technological changes in the product. Benefits: If hired to a full-time position, the company provides vacation time, sick time, paid holidays, 401(k) employer paid life insurance, health, dental, vision, pet insurance, and company discounts. Wages- Commissions: $60,000 - $150,000 Annually PM21 Benefits – If hired to a full-time position , the company provides vacation time, sick time, paid holidays, 401(k) employer paid life insurance, health, dental, vision, pet insurance, and company discounts.
