If so, start as high as our top rate of pay. McLane Denver drivers average $80,000 - $85,000 per year and our experienced drivers earn even more. We are currently offering a $10,000 sign on bonus.

• Average pay: $80,000 - $85,000 per year.
• New drivers start out at Top Pay Rate while on Extra Board.
• Sign-on bonus: up to $10,000, depending on experience.
• Route bids with set schedules are currently available.
• Extra Board Drivers get 2 Set Days Off each week Guaranteed.
• Day 1 Benefits such as medical, dental, vision and company-paid life insurance.

• First Year Pay: Pay is based on a formula, based on miles, stops, and cases. Actual pay may be lower or higher than the range, based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected class. Requirements
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A).
  • At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor trailer driving experience.
  • Meet McLane s MVR and risk rating qualifications.
