Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Research and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B sector.
• Supervise and guide team members to ensure successful sales outcomes.
• Train and develop team members on our systems and processes.
• Provide daily reports on sales activity using our CRM system.
• Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development.
