Plumbline Services is currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our Sales Coordinators responsible for scheduling perspective clients that request service through company lead generation efforts. This individual will be responsible for building trust and scheduling perspective clients for a time that is convenient for their schedule.

  • Ensure all actions are in alignment with company core values.
  • Maintain communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Outbound dial all lead generations to schedule appointments
  • Complete email and text communication with perspective clients
  • Enter complete perspective client date into CRMQualifications:Do I Have What It Takes?
    • A minimum of 1 year call center experience.
    • Multi-tasking abilities
    • Proficient outbound phone skills
    • Proficient written and computer skills
