Providing the best gear, sharing our knowledge and enthusiasm, and in every way possible helping them make the most of their outdoor experiences.Summary Description: This position is primarily responsible for sales of snowboards and related equipment, and assisting with inventory control to achieve the maximum profitability while continuing to provide the best-in-class guest service.Job Responsibilities:

• Generate sales for snowboards / boots / bindings by demonstrating excellent knowledge of the equipment and industry
• Boot fitting
• Maintain the high-standard for guest service
• Maintain merchandising of hard good product lines and store cleanliness standards
• Demonstrate the desire to succeed and grow within the company
• Other duties as may be assignedEducation and Experience:**Job dependent: No experience necessary as we will train you but there are a few things that will make the job more fun:
  • Be Friendly, outgoing and comfortable working with people
  • Love to ski or snowboard and some knowledge of how it all works
  • Have basic computer skills
  • English fluency, written and verbal
  • Need to be flexible in your schedule to get the most out of ski time, including working split shifts, nights, holidays and weekends
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and regularly lift 25 poundsThe Perks and Benefits:
