The Sales Manager's responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans, as well as managing the sales staff, and delivering KPI's that will help the growth of the brand.About the Sales Manager Role:

• Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
• Set and monitor goals for sales staff
• Train and Mentor sales staff
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Partner with clients/customers to understand their business needs and objectives
• aid in expanding territories and tapping into new markets Sales Manager Minimum Qualifications:
  • Proven sales executive experience, meeting, or exceeding targets
  • Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing Manager
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • BA/BS degree or equivalentSales Manager Compensation and Benefits:
