120 hr Paid Time Off10 paid holidaysHealth, Vision and Dental insurance with company paid portion401K MatchingDog friendly workplaceKitchen stocked with free snacks and drinks Casual office environment Salary Range: Base Salary of $40,000 + Commission- with an annual earning potential $60,000 - $75,000 within your first year, no cap'.About the Role: The Duck Company is seeking a highly driven results oriented Inside Sales Advisor who will engage in strategic partnership development and execution of The Duck's sales and brand strategy within existing territories and accounts across North America, and the Caribbean.The ideal candidate will be able to create and execute a sales plan that is geared toward a customer and across a defined territory. Must be eager to work in a fast-paced sales environment, which includes planning, telling a holistic story, and driving sell-through. You will join a collaborative team who will provide resources and tools to help elevate additional opportunities. - -What you'll do:
  • Collaborate with regional sales directors and other sales team members to develop and execute the sales plan for each customer with a region/territory.
  • Increase revenue and market share with existing customers in defined territory
  • Assess customers' business needs and advise on best solutions
  • Overcome customer objections or concerns as necessary
  • Create -and submit -sales orders
  • Connect with current and potential customers to set meetings and appointments
  • Seek out and close new business opportunities
  • Use creative and persistent methods to prospect and generate new business opportunities
  • Serve as a consultative resource to customers regarding service offerings, market trends, industry standards and effectively provide quotes considering all variable factors
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
