The Duck Company is seeking a highly driven results oriented Inside
Sales Advisor who will engage in strategic partnership development
and execution of The Duck's sales and brand strategy within
existing territories and accounts across North America, and the
Caribbean.The ideal candidate will be able to create and execute a
sales plan that is geared toward a customer and across a defined
territory. Must be eager to work in a fast-paced sales environment,
which includes planning, telling a holistic story, and driving
sell-through. You will join a collaborative team who will provide
resources and tools to help elevate additional opportunities. -
-What you'll do:
- Collaborate with regional sales directors and other sales team
members to develop and execute the sales plan for each customer
with a region/territory.
- Increase revenue and market share with existing customers in
defined territory
- Assess customers' business needs and advise on best
solutions
- Overcome customer objections or concerns as necessary
- Create -and submit -sales orders
- Connect with current and potential customers to set meetings
and appointments
- Seek out and close new business opportunities
- Use creative and persistent methods to prospect and generate
new business opportunities
- Serve as a consultative resource to customers regarding service
offerings, market trends, industry standards and effectively
provide quotes considering all variable factors
- Ability to work independently and within a team
environment
- The willingness to learn the DUCK WAY of selling and working

compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting
the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by
a number of factors including the applicant's experience,
knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among

Mental/Physical Requirements: -While in the office this position
will be performed in an office setting. The position will require
the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and
by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as
telephones and computers. While traveling, this position requires
the incumbent to be able to lift up to 50 pounds, bending,
