KRUEGER is seeking a dynamic leader to join our organization. With 73 years of experience in the industry, we are committed to excellence and innovation. This role involves learning our process to service existing clients, developing relationships with new clients, and leading a small team to achieve similar tasks. You will become an expert in training and developing team members, and as you master our systems and process, you will be eligible for the Agency Director role. This is a paid weekly position with a competitive salary range of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year.
Key Responsibilities:

• Service existing client base.
• Research new business opportunities.
• Supervise team activity and results.
• Train and develop incoming team members.
• Daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM.
• Daily focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development.

  • Sales or customer service experience.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
  • The desire to be active in the community.
  • Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred).
    Licensing Requirements:
    
    
    • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
    • Must have a clean background and your own transportation.
    • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
