Company Full-time We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive! Who
we are: Colorado Athletic Club is Denver’s leading upscale
athletic, aquatics, tennis and family fitness club with 4
convenient locations across Colorado’s Front Range. Our club
supports the lifestyles of busy professionals, families, health
enthusiasts and those who simply strive to be more active by
providing a wide spectrum of unique fitness and wellness services.
What our Senior Sales Executive are all about: Our Senior Sales
Executive are responsible for selling and promoting our corporate
and individual memberships. These individuals are focused on
developing long-term genuine relationships with prospects that lead
to happy and satisfied club members. Our Reps have a high level of
professionalism and demonstrate a thorough understanding of our
products and services including general exercise, equipment and
wellness programming. Our most successful Senior Sales Executives
are driven with an entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in an
environment that pushes them to exceed personal and team goals.
This is an opportunity to step into a true sales role—not an
order-taking position. You will have the autonomy to build your
business, the support of an established brand, and a compensation
structure that rewards performance. Responsibilities include:
Generating, maintaining, executing individual and corporate sales
leads. Assessing prospects needs and helping people find personal
solutions through our memberships. Coordinating and managing
inside/outside promotional efforts to increase club awareness.
Establishing, maintaining relationships with local and national
businesses. Networking at all levels by attending local Denver Tech
Center events. Creating opportunities to develop new business and
foster previous/current business. Focus on retaining current
members and obtaining referrals. The ability to work a varied
schedule that includes weekends and evening hours. Consistently
exceed monthly revenue and membership targets. Maintain a strong,
self-generated pipeline. Build referral networks and community
presence. Take full ownership of results. What you are all about:
You know how to generate your own pipeline. You are comfortable
with high expectations and accountability. You want a compensation
structure that rewards performance. You are looking for a position
where activity alone is rewarded, this is not it. You are motivated
by results, ownership, and income growth, this is a strong fit. You
are able to own the full sales cycle: prospecting, consultation,
close, and retention. You are able to build and manage a
consistent, self-generated pipeline (B2C B2B). You are able to
develop partnerships with local businesses and community networks.
You are able to execute needs-based selling to match prospects with
the right membership solutions. You are able to maintain
disciplined follow-up, CRM usage, and pipeline tracking. You are
able to generate referrals and repeat business through relationship
management. You are able to contribute to monthly and quarterly
revenue targets. You have 3 years of proven success in a
quota-driven sales role. You have a track record of meeting or
exceeding targets. You have a strong prospecting and pipeline
development experience. You have high professionalism, urgency, and
accountability. You have fitness or hospitality experience is a

Compensation: $51,000 annually base plus uncapped commission,
bonuses, and incentives. Based on experience and qualifications.
