sales-focused position is responsible for driving growth and
retention within an assigned direct-to-church territory. This role
partners closely with new and existing customers through
onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement to optimize customer
outcomes, increase retention, and expand product usage. In a

look forward to learning more about you! Responsibilities Sales &
Retention – Meet or exceed assigned VBS and Resources sales goals
and quarterly retention metrics through engagement with assigned
customers. Outbound Engagement – Proactively make daily outbound
calls and emails (minimum of 55 outbound calls per day) to newly
acquired and existing customers to ensure successful adoption and
outcomes. Customer Onboarding & Training – Provide structured
onboarding, education, and training to support customer success and
retention goals. Relationship Management – Serve as a trusted
advisor, guiding customers through the buying process and
uncovering unmet needs. Cross-Selling & Growth – Identify and
execute cross-sell opportunities that enhance the customer
experience and increase overall value. CRM & Technology –
Accurately document customer interactions and maintain complete,
up-to-date records in CRM, order entry, and sales systems.
Collaboration – Work closely with outbound sales representatives
and other sales team members on shared accounts, providing
consistent communication and feedback. Continuous Improvement –
Participate in team initiatives, comply with company policies,
maintain confidentiality, and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in business
or a related field preferred. 2–3 years of inbound and outbound
phone-based sales or call center experience required. 2–3 years of
account management experience with a proven history of closing
sales and growing existing business. Demonstrated ability to exceed
sales and productivity goals. Strong CRM experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong
active listening. Ability to ask insightful questions, manage time
effectively, and solve problems independently. Comfortable wearing
a headset and engaging in customer conversations for extended
periods (up to 8 hours/day). Ability to sit at a workstation, use a
keyboard repetitively, and perform standard office tasks. Knowledge
of church ministry is a plus but not required. Benefits and Perks
