Job Description Job Description We’re looking for an experienced
Project Manager to own painting projects from start to finish at
LoCOl Paint. You’ll lead crews, manage schedules and materials,
communicate with clients, and ensure every job is completed on time
and to our quality standards. The ideal candidate is organized,
proactive, and calm under pressure—someone who solves problems
fast, holds people accountable, and takes pride in delivering an

Compensation: $75,000 - $125,000 Responsibilities: Own the job from
start to finish: take over after the sale, confirm scope, schedule
production, and ensure every project stays on track and on budget.
Client communication & expectation-setting: be the main point of
contact, provide proactive updates, handle change orders, and
resolve concerns before they escalate. Crew coordination & daily
execution: coordinate painters/subcontractors, confirm job
readiness (materials, access, weather plan), and keep productivity
high. Quality control & site inspections: perform walkthroughs
during key phases and at completion, enforce LoCOl Paint standards,
and ensure punch lists get finished fast. Material & jobsite
readiness: order/verify paint and materials, confirm colors and
products, ensure protection/setup is correct, and keep the site
clean and safe. Closeout & payment collection support: complete
final walkthrough, collect completion signatures, document photos,
and support final invoicing/payment collection per company process.
Qualifications: Ideal qualifications, but willing to train the
right person. 2 years of project management experience in
residential construction/trades (painting preferred), managing
multiple jobs at once. Strong client communication skills (calm,
clear, professional) with experience handling scope questions,
change orders, and conflict resolution. Organized and
systems-driven : able to schedule crews, track materials, manage
timelines, and keep clean job notes in a CRM/PM system.
Quality-control mindset : understands prep/paint standards, can
spot issues early, and holds crews accountable to workmanship
expectations. Leadership accountability : can direct crews/subs,
make decisions fast, and take full ownership of outcomes without
being micromanaged. Reliable transportation valid driver’s license
, comfortable driving to job sites daily, and doing on-site
