This position requires versatility and the willingness to travel between locations, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to integrated care standards. Travel between hospital ICUs within the UCHealth system, adapting to varying clinical environments without compromising care quality. Manage and provide critical care to patients in ICU settings, including assessment, treatment, and monitoring. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to formulate and execute effective patient care plans. Participate in continuous education and training to stay current with new technologies and health care practices relevant to intensive care Ensure the accurate documentation of all patient care in line with hospital policy and legal requirements. Proficient in managing ICU-specific technology and equipment Strong clinical skills in an intensive care setting Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Ability to rapidly adapt to new environments and teams Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Certification
