Job Description:
UCHealth, a leading nonprofit healthcare system based in
Colorado, is seeking a dedicated RN Acute Care Virtual Health to
join our innovative Virtual Health team. This role focuses on
delivering exceptional patient-centered care remotely, utilizing
advanced digital tools to support patients in acute care settings
from the comfort of your location. As an esteemed RN in this role,
you will be pivotal in transforming patient experiences by
providing clinical support, medical care, and health education
through virtual platforms, ensuring high standards of care for
every patient. Provide remote acute medical care and consultations
via telehealth technologies. Assess patient health conditions
through virtual examinations and patient histories. Develop and
implement patient care plans in collaboration with other healthcare
professionals. Educate patients and families on health conditions,
treatment plans, and preventative care strategies. Monitor patient
progress and adapt plans as necessary in a timely manner. Maintain
comprehensive patient records in accordance with legal and
institutional requirements. Proficient in telehealth technologies
and digital communication tools. Strong clinical judgment and
decision-making skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills. High level of compassion and empathy. Ability to work
independently and part of a remote team. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license in
the state of Colorado. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). Professional
certification in telehealth preferred.
